I'm at a standstill of 160 lbs. A couple of days ago, I was 159.2 but that was only for a bit. I've been exercising and moving around all the time, so hopefully that'll have an effect. I'm riding the bike, too, so hopefully I'll see the effects in a couple of days.

Lost 1 lb. :D I went from 161.6 to 160.0. I'm doing some abdominal pilates every morning and every night as well as exercising on the bike and at the gym.
